In 2011, the partnership agreement was signed to establish a joint production between KONAR and Cividale S.р.A. (Italy); the legal entity BVK LLC was registered.

Productive capacities were established from scratch in 2 years in the place of the unfinished building of the Stamping Shop No. 222 of Federal Scientific and Production Centre Stankomash.

The first casting was produced in December 2021.

The grand opening of BVK LLC took place on September 30, 2013. The ceremony was attended by General Director of KONAR Valery Bondarenko, Director of Cividale Group Antonio Valduga, Governor of Friuli Venezia Giulia region Franco Iacop, Chairman of the Government of Chelyabinsk region Sergey Komyakov.
