ACHIEVING THE STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES IS PROVIDED BY:

Creating confidence among customers in the compliance of castings, ingots with the specified requirements of reference documents and contracts through implementation of the quality management system that meets the requirements of GOST ISO 9001: 2011, MS ISO 9001: 2008 and continuous improvement of its effective functioning.

Reducing labour intensity and improving the quality of castings and ingots.

Distributing powers and responsibilities, training and advanced training of the employees and managers of the company for the effective use of knowledge and abilities of each person.

Developing a systemic thinking among the employees of the company, by informing them of the objectives of the company and the needs of consumers.

Making periodical analysis of the quality management system for constant suitability, effectiveness and correspondence with requirements.

Developing the material and technical facilities — reconstruction and technical upgrade of production, acquisition of new technology and equipment.
