KONAR has been supporting the university and college students for 10 years as part of the Company Scholarship Program.
This year, KONAR’s scholarship has been applied for by the students acquiring a field-specific specialty for the company at the SUSU Institute of Engineering and Technology, South Ural State Technical College, Chelyabinsk Mechanical and Technological High School and South Ural State College.
The winners have usually been chosen from B- and A-level students who participate in a social life, are engaged in research and have an active attitude to life. After the initial selection in educational institutions, the students have written the essay on the theme “Hurry up to the plant!”, where they have presented their vision of how to attract young specialists to work at an industrial facility.
Out of 53 participants, the competition committee has chosen the 12 best participants. The students were solemnly presented with certificates for the scholarship payment for six months and small gifts. The money will be paid starting from July 1. After the award ceremony, the students have had a workshops tour.
