KONAR has passed the recertification of Quality Management System conformity

Since the beginning of 2020 the Quality Management System of KONAR JSC has passed two recertification audits.

From 14 to 17 July 2020 KONAR has successfully passed the recertification audit of American Petroleum Institute for conformity of Quality Management System with the requirements of API Q1 – “Specification for Quality Management System Requirements for Manufacturing Organizations in the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry”.

Under the pandemic conditions an audit was performed in the new format. Auditor-in-charge Yuriy Khramov presented at the site of KONAR JSC, the second auditor was Nikola Milovanovich from Serbia, he worked in the regime of television conference.

– API audit is performed in this format for the first time, — said Nadezhda Klepinina, Head of Standardization, Certification and Audit Department of KONAR JSC Engineering Department. – Modern IT technologies used in our company have made possible to work with auditor in form of television conference at high level.

For the fourth time KONAR JSC has proved the conformity of its Quality Management System with the high requirements of API Q1 standard. In the conclusion it was detailed that KONAR JSC has introduced and effective QMS and fully complies with the requirements of API Q1 and ISO 9001-2015.

– All departments participated in audit have showed competency and conformance not only to the Russian requirements but also to the international requirements, — detailed Nadezhda Klepinina. – We have proved that Quality Management System of KONAR JSC is professionally maintained, documented in the right quantities and aim for the permanent improvement.

Besides in April 2020 the recertification audit was performed for Quality Management System of KONAR JSC in cooperation with JVK-Cimolai LLC, Konar-Orion LLC, Chelyabinskavtoremont JSC for the conformance to the requirements of ISO 9001-2015, TÜV NORD CERT GmbH Certificates of conformity has been taken.

It will be remembered that earlier KONAR JSC was certified by the German expert organization TÜV SÜD. In 2019 TÜV group made a decision on the reallocation of the business areas, and this year KONAR has been transferred from TÜV SÜD to TÜV NORD CERT GmbH.

Regarding to the transfer to the TÜV NORD the new certificated have been taken and a conformity mark on the blank of KONAR JSC has been changed.
