On April 1-2, 2021, a specialized exhibition “Gas. Oil. New Technologies for the Far North”, which gathered representatives of the fuel and energy sector, producers and suppliers of equipment from all over Russia, took place in Novy Urengoy.
KONAR Industrial Group was presented at a joint stand with START Valve Plant (Samara), which is a long-term partner in the production of shut-off and control valves.
According to Anton Belousov Head of Oil and Gas Production Equipment Division of KONAR JSC, the main purpose of attending the event was the opportunity to demonstrate their production capabilities and negotiate with current and potential partners. At the stand of the KONAR group, competences in the field of production of wellhead equipment, metal structures, fasteners, flanges necessary for field facilities construction were presented.
– Novy Urengoy is a center of oil and gas production, the main customers of the oil and gas industry are concentrated there. We held meetings with representatives of such companies as Achim Development, ARKTIKGAZ, subsidiaries of NOVATEK PJSC, Gazprom PJSC, and discussed the prospects for a further cooperation. Today, KONAR is at the stage of entering the register of suppliers of Gazprom PJSC, we are planning to install our wellhead equipment for pilot testing at the facilities of Gazprom Dobycha Urengoy LLC, – said Anton Belousov.
