METAL STRUCTURES DIVISION
KONAR’s Metal Structures Division includes two enterprises of KONAR Industrial Group, which produce complex metal structures for various projects in the field of industrial and civil construction, as well as power engineering.
The Division includes JV KONAR-Cimolai LLC located in the Industrial Park Stankomash in the city of Chelyabinsk and ESKON Plant JSC (Yuzhnouralsk, Chelyabinsk region).
JV KONAR-Cimolai is a joint venture of KONAR and the European leader in the production of metal structures — the Italian company Cimolai S.p.A. It specializes in the production of complex, unique and high-tech metal structures for bridges, stadiums, skyscrapers, oil and gas industry facilities, power transmission towers.

Energy-Constructional Structures Plant JSC produces metal structures of different complexity for the fuel and energy sector, transportation and infrastructure development. The production capacity of the plant amounts to up to 3000 tons of galvanized steel structures per month. It specialises in manufacturing of power transmission poles and metal structures of standard and special designs for the projects of Russia’s leading institutions.

The enterprise is fitted with equipment from the USA, France, Finland and Austria. It has an important advantage of applying a protective anti-corrosion coating by hot-dip galvanizing via an automatic galvanizing line by KOERNER, Austria. The hot-dip galvanizing system is not harmful to the environment.
