Currently, BVK LLC has launched the production of high-alloy steel of such Russian grades as 07Х16Н4Б; 07Х16Н6; 08Х18Н10Т; 10Х17Н13М2Т; 12Х18Н10Т; 12Х18Н12М3Т; 13Х11Н2В2МФ; 14Х17Н2, as well as foreign grades: F6NM; 1.4317 EN102013; 1.2714 EN ISO 4957.
The production of low-alloy and alloy steel grades has also been launched such as 20Г; 30Г;09Г2С; 10ХСНД; 20ХГСА; 30ХГСА; 30ХМА, etc.
With the available set of equipment and production technology, BVK LLC is able to produce the vast majority of structural, high-quality, alloy, carbon and low-carbon steel grades, as well as high-alloy, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and high-temperature steel grades of austenitic and martensitic classes.
The production capacity is 25,000 tons of casting per year. The maximum possible weight of castings is up to 50 tons.
The peculiarity of the production is an electric arc steelmaking complex with the ladle refining and the degassing. The ladle refining is performed in the ladle furnace. This allows you to maximally eliminate detrimental impurities, non-metallic inclusions and gases, which, ultimately, can lead to rejection of the casting. The charge is loaded into the furnace, and a semi-finished steel product is obtained during melting. Then, it goes to the ladle furnace where the metal is refined and brought to the required level in terms of chemical composition and temperature. Then the metal is sent to the degasser, where harmful gases are removed from the steel.

The design and production of pattern equipment is performed in modern software and on 3 five-axis woodworking machines. Optimization of the foundry technology is performed using the latest worldwide developments in the MAGMASOFT software program, which makes it possible to prevent various defects at the design stage.
