Danila Pykhov and Dmitry Polukhin made the Top-10

The best young industrialists of Russia were noted by the expert jury

The award is held by the Interregional Union “Club of Young Industrialists”. The award ceremony took place at the INNOPROM International industrial exhibition.

This year, about 600 applications for participation were received from owners, managers, chief engineers of Russian enterprises with annual revenues from 120 million to 2 billion rubles.

Two representatives of KONAR Industrial Group made the Top-10. They are Dmitry Polukhin, Executive Director of RDC-Konar LLC, and Danila Pykhov, Director of Modern Forging Technologies LLC. Dmitry Polukhin took 10^th place, and Danila Pykhov – 7^th place.

– I am certainly pleased to receive this award, I am grateful for the high appreciation of the expert jury. I am proud to represent KONAR Industrial Group and our Foundry and Forging Division. It unites the steel plant BVK and the enterprise Modern Forging Technologies, working in an inseparable production bond. Today we are pioneers in many areas, we are actively moving in the development of various branches of the domestic industry. In particular, at INNOPROM we presented an all-cast propeller, in 2023 we mastered the full cycle of its production. This is a new type of product of KONAR Industrial Group for shipbuilding, –  said Danila Pykhov, Director of MFT.

Dmitry Polukhin, Executive Director of RDC-Konar LLC, could not personally receive the award, his Head Evgeny Bodrov, who invited a young specialist to the company 9 years ago, participated in the award ceremony.

– KONAR always pays great attention to personnel development. The fact that today Danila Sergeevich and I have received recognition of competencies at the Russian level speaks not only of our merits, but above all of the high level of the Industrial Group employees. Our entire team is involved in high-tech projects and solves real scientific and technical problems, – said Dmitry Polukhin.

Modern Forging Technologies LLC is a forging plant opened in 2020 in Chelyabinsk. It is part of KONAR Industrial Group. A center of unique competencies for open-die forging has been created at MFT. To date, the plant has mastered about 100 steel grades, produced more than 8000 tons of forgings, which are designed for parts operating under loads, temperatures and in an aggressive environment.

RDC-Konar LLC provides scientific and technical support for all investment and product projects of KONAR Group in the field of control, testing, certification, engineering and service.
