KONAR achieved a record in production of nuts

In March 2023 the company shipped the highest possible amount of fasteners.

Regarding the results of the previous month, the volume of shipment of the item group “nut” increased by 40% in comparison to the highest monthly value of the previous year.

– A busy season, coordinated and professional work of all responsible departments as well as effective work of the warehouse program – these are the main factors that ensured the result. For the moment, it is a kind of a record, but it is not a limit for our capabilities, – says Nikita Tomilov, Head of the Sales Department of KONAR JSC.

KONAR has been producing fasteners since 1991. There is a workshop of modern hotformers equipped with the machines of the leading supplier of automated presses HATEBUR at the industrial site in Stankomash Industrial Park.

– March forming results on all three HATEBUR machines increased by 30% in comparison to the highest monthly value of the previous year. We achieved this by optimizing our processes and without increasing our workload. We plan to increase the volumes up to the highest load of the available production capacities, – says Sergey Kalanov, Head of the Hotformers Workshop and the Workshop No. 11.
