The winners of the contest “Company scholarship” were awarded with certificates.

12 students from the South Ural State University, South Ural State Technical College, Chelyabinsk Mechanical and Technological High School and South Ural State College were recognized as the best according to the results of the competitive selection. They are assigned a corporate scholarship of KONAR, it will be paid from June to November 2023.

The candidates underwent a rigorous selection, during which the committee assessed their academic performance, professional, social and sports activity.

– The company pays great attention to training and development of the personnel, it is especially important for us to work with young specialists, – said Olga Moshkina, HR Director of KONAR JSC. – We selected the most worthy participants of the contest as scholarship holders. It is important that students will also have a summer internship at KONAR. If the guys like our company, and we like the level of their knowledge and interest, we will definitely invite them to work with us. Scholarship holders of previous years successfully work in different divisions of the company.

The most active young people have already managed to get internship at the enterprises of the Industrial Group. Among them is Ilya Gagarin, a 3rd year student of the South Ural State Technical College:

– I am studying in college, specialty “Welding Production». At KONAR, I was assigned to practice in the workshop No. 58 and I am very satisfied with everything. I have four mentors who work with me, explain, and most importantly let me weld by myself. I already weld real metal structures in real production! Part configurations are very different, it’s interesting, and you can get a lot of experience. The internship lasts for two months, but I might stay for the whole summer. I definitely want to work at KONAR, there is no doubt about that. After college, I plan to go to university, I dream to become a designer. Now I work as a welder, it is important to understand the production and subsequently make a good career.

– The company actively works with educational institutions, we are interested in young people, – said Aleksandra Grebenshchikova, Head of Personnel Development Division of KONAR JSC. – We plan to launch a project to enter into target contracts with students. We will be glad to see and welcome talented and motivated young specialists.
