During the work trip to Chelyabinsk region Presidental Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Ural Federal District Vladimir Yakushev accompanied by Governor of Chelyabinsk region Aleksey Teksler visited Stankomash Industrial park.
Head of KONAR Industrial group Valery Bondarenko demonstrated production capabilities. The guests visited machining and assembly workshop of KONAR JSC, Transneft Oil Pumps and a new facility Modern Forging Technologies (MFT) which was launched at the end of 2020.
– Stankomash is a large site in Chelyabinsk region, five thousand people work here, and I think that everything was done successfully. New technologies, import substitution, good impression, – notices Vladimir Yakushev. – Here we can observe excellent example of collaboration. Productions have cooperation links with industry of Sverdlovsk, Tumen regions and our northern territories.
Plenipotentiary Envoy was able to witness the forging of tooling for the plant in Kamensk-Uralsky. MFT is a part of foundry division KONAR together with BVK LLC and Kuznitsa LLC, and they form a united production chain for manufacturing of the blank part for its further treatment. The main purpose of the products is import substitution in the sphere of powerindustry, ship building, oil and gas field.
– The companies of KONAR Industrial group are oriented at import independence of industries strategic for Russia, and at the same time they are involved into active interregional cooperation with facilities of Ural federal region. Here we have a lot of partners in raw materials supply – alloys, metal scrap, refractories, and MFT supplies ready items to the plants in Sverdlovsk region, Yekaterinburg, Tumen, – says Head of foundry and forging division KONAR Danila Pykhov.
A complete cycle of machinery is arranged in Stankomash Industrial part. Each of the facilities transfers the best world technologies and is a successful example of production localization without dependence on import.
– There are 11 residents, 11 production facilities at Stankomash. As for the contribution into economics, they are high-capacity working places with salaries higher than average salaries in the region. This is a strategic object of import substitution which allows our industry to be independent from the main components for oil and gas and machinery that previously were supplied from abroad. The status of the park provides tax preferences though at least 2.5 billion rubles of taxes are paid even with, – said Governor of Chelyabinsk region Aleksey Teksler.
